Workflow integration and business process automation
JasperByte connects the software your business already runs on into reliable, monitored workflows. We build integrations with N8N, Make, and Zapier where those fit, and custom event pipelines where they do not, so data moves between your systems without anyone copying it by hand.
What this involves
Most growing companies do not have a software problem. They have a seams problem: the CRM does not talk to the accounting system, orders arrive by email, and somebody spends four hours a week re-typing the same numbers into a spreadsheet.
We close those seams. Sometimes that is a well-built no-code automation. Sometimes the volume, error handling, or compliance requirements mean it needs to be real code with real tests. We will tell you which one you are looking at.
What you get
- System-to-system integrationsCRM, ERP, accounting, helpdesk, and marketing tools wired together with the right data flowing each way.
- Event-driven pipelinesKafka and queue-based architectures for workflows where volume or ordering actually matters.
- No-code orchestrationN8N, Make, and Zapier builds that your own team can read and adjust, documented properly.
- Data synchronisationTwo-way sync with conflict rules you have agreed, not silent overwrites you discover in a month.
- Error handling and retriesFailed jobs that alert someone, retry sensibly, and can be replayed — not ones that vanish.
- ObservabilityDashboards and alerting so you know a workflow broke before your customer tells you.
How we work
From scope to production.
Map
We document the current process, including the manual steps and the workarounds nobody put in writing.
Design
We choose the right tool per step and design for the failure cases, because those are what determine whether it lasts.
Build
Incremental delivery, one workflow at a time, each one live and earning its keep before the next starts.
Monitor
Alerting, run history, and a runbook so your team can operate it without calling us.

FAQ
Common questions about workflow integration.
Should we use Zapier or build something custom?
Start with the off-the-shelf tool. Zapier, Make, and N8N are genuinely good, and if your volume is modest and the logic is simple, custom code is a waste of your money. We recommend building custom when you hit real limits: high volume, strict ordering, complex error recovery, or compliance requirements that need audit trails.
Can you work with our existing Zapier or Make setup?
Yes, and we often start there. We audit what you have, fix the fragile parts, and migrate only the workflows that genuinely need to move. Rewriting something that already works is rarely the right call.
What if one of our tools has no API?
There is usually a way — a webhook, a scheduled export, a database connection, or a headless browser automation as a last resort. We are upfront when a system is genuinely closed, because the honest answer sometimes is that a workflow is not worth automating around it.
Who owns and maintains the workflows afterwards?
You do. Everything is built in your accounts, documented, and handed over with a runbook. We offer ongoing support if you want it, but you are never locked into us to keep your business running.
How long does a workflow integration take?
A single well-defined integration is usually one to three weeks. A broader programme connecting several systems runs six to twelve, delivered incrementally so value lands early rather than all at the end.
