What makes this sector different
The shop floor is a hostile environment for software. Gloves, dust, poor lighting, patchy wifi, and shared devices. Interfaces need large touch targets, work offline, and require as few taps as possible. An elegant desktop interface fails immediately in that setting.
Manufacturing data also has to be right, because it feeds costing and customer commitments. Where possible we capture from scanners, sensors, or existing machine data rather than typed entry — every manual step is a place errors enter.

Can you integrate with our ERP?
Usually. Most ERP systems expose an API, a database, or a supported file exchange. We audit yours before scoping, since what it exposes determines the design and the effort more than anything else.
Will it work on the shop floor?
That is a specific design requirement, not an afterthought. Large touch targets, offline capability, glove-friendly interfaces, and tolerance for shared devices and bad wifi. We test on the actual hardware in the actual environment.
Can you capture data from our machines?
Where the equipment supports it — many machines expose data over OPC UA, Modbus, or a file output. We assess what is available, because reading directly from equipment beats manual entry every time it is possible.
Do we need to replace our existing systems?
Usually not, and we would push back on it. Most value comes from connecting what you already have and adding the missing pieces. Replacing a working ERP is a large, disruptive project that should have a much stronger justification than inconvenience.
