Are you located in Kelowna?
No — we are based in Calgary and serve Kelowna and the Okanagan remotely. We would rather state that than list a local address we do not have.
We are a small business. Is custom software worth it?
Often it is not, and we will tell you. For standard booking, retail, or accounting needs, an established platform is cheaper and better supported than anything we would build. Custom work pays off when your operation genuinely does not fit those tools, or when integration and automation are costing you real staff hours every week.
Can you build a booking system for a seasonal business?
Yes, and seasonality is a design input rather than a detail. Availability rules, seasonal pricing, and capacity that handles the peak week without falling over are all decided up front.
How do we work together across provinces?
The same way most software teams work now — written scope, regular demos on a staging URL, and a shared board. Our timezones overlap almost entirely, which removes the friction that usually makes remote work difficult.
Do you work with wineries and agricultural producers?
Yes. Direct-to-consumer e-commerce, club and subscription management, and inventory tracking are common needs, and they suit custom work when the product model is unusual enough that generic platforms fight you.
