What makes this sector different

The regulatory environment is real. Provincial insurance regulators and privacy legislation govern what you may collect, how you must disclose, and how long records are retained. Can you integrate with carrier systems?
Frequently, though it depends on what each carrier exposes. Some have modern APIs, others offer file exchange or older interfaces. We audit the available integration surface before scoping, because it materially changes the design.
Can you build an online quoting tool?
Yes. The engineering work is in the rating logic, validation, and saving partial applications so people can come back. We integrate with an existing rating engine where you have one rather than rebuilding your rates in a new system.
How do you handle claims documentation and photos?
Direct-to-storage upload with virus scanning, sensible size handling, and metadata capture, attached to the claim record. Claimants can upload from a phone at the scene, which is usually where the useful photos come from.
What about privacy and record retention?
We build to your compliance requirements: encryption, access control, audit logging, Canadian data residency, and configurable retention rules. Your compliance team defines the obligations; we build systems that meet them.
