How quickly will you reply?
Within one business day, and usually the same day. If your enquiry needs a longer answer we will tell you when to expect it rather than going quiet.
What should we include in the first message?
What you are trying to achieve, any hard constraints such as a deadline or an existing system, and a rough budget range if you have one. That is enough for us to give a useful answer instead of a generic one.
Do you charge for the first conversation?
No. The first call is a scoping conversation, typically an hour, and there is no fee and no obligation. If we are not the right fit we will say so and point you somewhere better where we can.
Do you work with clients outside Alberta?
Yes — across Canada. We have dedicated pages for Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, and Kelowna, but the timezone overlap works well for most of the country.
What is your minimum project size?
We do not have a hard minimum, but below roughly a two-week engagement the overhead of getting us up to speed usually outweighs the benefit. For smaller pieces we will often tell you how to do it yourself.
